Meagan help my grandfather with getting a storage unit for a good deal. He was very happy.
I've had 3 units at this facility over 3 years and both managers and everything about the facility has been great. Cheaper rates than much of Portland storage, drive up access, and only a short distance from most SE Portland locations - it's basically on the Gresham/Portland boundary. Secure, clean, discounts for multi-month payment and just real nice folks! Some other locations of this company have gotten bad reviews -- I want to post to say that this one is really great.
Property managers here say one thing then dont follow through. Price increases are insane. One of the most unprofessional companies ive had the displeasure of interacting with. I will never use any service or product from this company again and suggest you find one of the many other storage places in the area to use so your time and money isnt wasted

Paid over $11,000 throughout 2 years of $431.00 per/month storage. Victim of DV; tried to make sure that I wasn't charged for another month by calling and speaking in depth about having to downgrade immediately. Everything seemed to be okay. Went to office to confirm, but no one was there. They are closed F-Su, so that didn't help either. Went into the website to disable autopay; couldn't do so. THEY DON'T GIVE PRORATED REFUNDS I had plans to go on a trip and I rented a parking spot. My car was there for a few days and the plans fell through. I went back to pick it up and mentioned getting a refund for the unused days. I was told a 'note' would be made. When we were able to speak on the phone, I was then told that they don't do prorated refunds. I understand not refunding the $20 administration fee but keeping all $120 month rent for something that was only used for a few days and that they could make is an unethic... read more
staff is very nice, but my storage unit was broken into 2 times in 2 years??!! i have moved out of there now, but have a small list of things i am now missing (about $300 worth of items so far). it's nice that's it gated, but a simple security system would have probably caught the thieves and may have even deterred them?
