Yvonne was proactive in calling ahead when she noticed I was being billed for a location that I never moved into. Her customer service was outstanding and I appreciate having a local manager call when there is an issue, rather than solely dealing with the toll free number, which may not have current info. I value the company's customer retention attempts and I remain a customer at a sister property.

We rented storage here for about 5 years. The staff have always been welcoming and helpful in answering questions. The unit we had was very large and held everything we needed. The price was reasonable and competitive. They even gave us a discount after we had been there for a while. This center has a variety of sizes available and have some of the largest units found in Portland. I recommend them if you need storage in the SE area of Portland.
If I could give zero stars I would give probably -100. Actually I rented a storage unit a couple weeks back from this location and when I went there the other day I had walked up on my storage being broken into and all of my things stolen. Well I went up to the manager's office (keep in mind that this "manager" lives on sight with her boyfriend who looks like he came straight out of a homeless camp) and asked if I could see the cameras Or if she could check the cameras, she was not only short with me, but was completely rude... read more

This place will not protect your beLongings. My unit has been robbed twice and the staff is not willing to help in anyway. It seems to happen every January for the last several years and all the stories are the same. They say there are cameras 24 hour surveillance and on site staff. No one has seen anything and there is no footage being produced so far. Completely uncooperative and outrageous rent to have nothing after 2 years.
I am angry thart I have to give a 1 rating.. doesnt allow me to rate them properly.. ZERO Hows this for an update... Several months after absolutely nothing had been done about my theft and it was all but forgotten, a friend of mine who has a storage 3 doors down from mine caught a guy putting his lock on her door and she chased them down and caught them...
