My review is only for Nik... he is professional and and just an amazing person. He keeps the grounds clean and is always willing to help with whatever the need is. Like some others, if it wasn't for Nik, I never would have stayed here. The prices that you see are only good for two... maybe three months. I have never rented from some place that increases the rent after two months. Shady!
I was recently in the market to move my Aunt's items to. Northwest self storage was recommended to me by a family friend. I could not be more pleased! The grounds are clean. We are moving into a bigger spot for less than we were paying and the Property Manager was incredibly helpful in helping us understand what are options are both with them and outside...this type of customer service was paramount to us...especially where we are coming from!
