Friendly! There is a wonderful lady that actually lives on-site! She is very friendly & helpful in assisting you. We moved from out of state & she was very helpful in getting us exactly what we were looking for. Their prices are comparable for the area & this storage facility is so close to our new house. I'd definitely give them a call if you're looking for a storage place.
