So far it has been great Liam's customer service was top notch. I have piece of mind. On my storage unit. I know all I have to do now is show up with my ID on move in day and all set. Everything is already paid and auto pay is set up too. I am so happy.
We have used Northwest Self Storage for a few years. We upgraded to a larger storage at one point and the transition was flawless. The property manager Krista is warm and kind. We really felt welcomed and valued as people everytime we called or went into the office, which is rare these days. Krista was always wonderful to talk with and quick to answer questions and concerns. We moved out of town so we no longer need storage. Units are clean and dry. We never had any issues with the storage spaces we rented.
The site manager was very friendly and helpful. She walked us up and show us our unit
I would highly recommend them to anyone. I've been using them since 2017, and I'm so grateful I chose this place Karen is the perfect person to interact with she's kind and professional and easy to talk to and knows how to get the job done, she's awesome
Krista the property manager was absolutely amazing! I came in right at closing in a complete panic state needing a unit. She offered such compassion and support while I was dealing with one of the hardest situations I’ve ever experienced. She made a huge impact on my life and I still cannot thank her enough for her calm and caring energy! My experience overall was great!
