The new property manager at NW Storage is awesome! She always makes sure she finds the best fit for my budget and the most convenient spots for me. The property is kept clean, no pest issues and has great move in specials online.
Karoline and Colleen were nothing but extremely helpful with helping me secure a storage unit. They answered all my questions and everything was super easy and quick.
Colleen has been great to work with. She is very patient with all my questions and is very knowledgeable.
The staff is friendly, but the units themselves are terrible. We had a major issue with rodents in our unit, moldy/moist items when we moved our things out (moved in in August when there was no moister whatsoever), and sky high prices after the first few months due to “demand” when there are lots of empty units. We had the contents of our entire house in a 10x30 unit while we are building a new house and had to move it all to a family members shop due to the mold and rodents destroying our things.
