Nicole is wonderful. She is extremely helpful .The grounds are kept so clean that we didn't get dust or spiders on or in the furniture and boxes we were storing in our unit. Nicole is extremely nice and helpful . She even was able to tell us about a possible available apartment when she found out we were facing homelessness. She keeps the grounds safe and is really well organized and professional
They failed to return numerous messages over a two month period and failed to respond to repeated requests for a prorated refund of unused storge unit fees. We moved our stuff to a new facility after repeated price increases by NWS
