The new property manager at NW Storage is awesome! She always makes sure she finds the best fit for my budget and the most convenient spots for me. The property is kept clean, no pest issues and has great move in specials online.

They list a main email address on the email you receive when you purchase a unit, but they absolutely do not respond or even check it. I work nightshift and its hard for me to contact them during the daily business hours, so I sent an important expecting them to do their jobs. Now Im charged for something I dont want because nobody bothers to check. Last time I EVER use this company.... Of course it could have been deliberate, maybe they just ignored my email SO they could charge. Will have to see what my credit card company... read more
