Colleen has been great to work with. She is very patient with all my questions and is very knowledgeable.
The staff is friendly, but the units themselves are terrible. We had a major issue with rodents in our unit, moldy/moist items when we moved our things out (moved in in August when there was no moister whatsoever), and sky high prices after the first few months due to “demand” when there are lots of empty units. We had the contents of our entire house in a 10x30 unit while we are building a new house and had to move it all to a family members shop due to the mold and rodents destroying our things. We have used Northwest Self Storage for a few years. We upgraded to a larger storage at one point and the transition was flawless. The property manager Krista is warm and kind. We really felt welcomed and valued as people everytime we called or went into the office, which is rare these days. Krista was always wonderful to talk with and quick to answer questions and concerns. We moved out of town so we no longer need storage. Units are clean and dry. We never had any issues with the storage spaces we rented.
