The staff is friendly, but the units themselves are terrible. We had a major issue with rodents in our unit, moldy/moist items when we moved our things out (moved in in August when there was no moister whatsoever), and sky high prices after the first few months due to “demand” when there are lots of empty units. We had the contents of our entire house in a 10x30 unit while we are building a new house and had to move it all to a family members shop due to the mold and rodents destroying our things. So far it has been great Liam's customer service was top notch. I have piece of mind. On my storage unit. I know all I have to do now is show up with my ID on move in day and all set. Everything is already paid and auto pay is set up too. I am so happy.
This place is awesome! Friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond to help they’re customers.
We have used Northwest Self Storage for a few years. We upgraded to a larger storage at one point and the transition was flawless. The property manager Krista is warm and kind. We really felt welcomed and valued as people everytime we called or went into the office, which is rare these days. Krista was always wonderful to talk with and quick to answer questions and concerns. We moved out of town so we no longer need storage. Units are clean and dry. We never had any issues with the storage spaces we rented.
