The quality and service of this facility is magnificent. The on-site manager works with you if there is any issue with your unit. I believe the manager's name is Suzanne. She's extremely nice and compassionate. I find that this place has been trouble free for me as I have had to use a storage unit for the first time in many years. I've had no issues with any tenants around me and no rodents. I encourage and welcome people to use their facility their off of Olympic next to Walmart.

I rented my storage here online when I arrived I was greeted by Susan whom had the most warm welcoming smile. She did a wonderful job explaining my paper work and showed me my unit and was just all around very welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had. Marcy is an absolute delight!! Great service and open later than other places. My friend also uses this facility and the experience has been excellent. 10/10 would recommend!!
I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage! I needed a storage unit on short notice, did a little research, and found that Northwest Self Storage had fair prices, convenient office operating hours, and the latest access hours that l could find. Speaking and working with Marcy made my decision that much easier! She's professional, personable, and so kind! This is the worst storage unit. I can rarely ever get in, I am allowed to enter from 6am-10pm and when I come between these hours I am stuck waiting and calling trying to get through to someone.. yall must always be on break!! Or on the shitter!!! YOU SUCKKKK
They just raised my rent at Christmas time. Really!! Not good people who own this. Trying to get out!
