Units are not the sizes claimed. Is that even legal? A supposed 5' x 10' was actually 4' 3" x 8' 4". So, it was actually a generous 4x8, not even close to a 5x10. Consider that when comparing prices and whether your items will fit. Also, a deep unit with a narrow access door is far less useful than a shallow unit with a garage-width door. Renting storage here has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in Portland First of all I tried getting storage at a different location and that should have been my tip-off to avoid this company al together because that went so poorly But focusing just on this location there is so much to list We have had a unit there for almost a year and during that time the elevator has been broken more times than not Many times when I've been there there was no one in the office during open posted hours Many times when th... read more
