Affordable prices, not the highest quality storage unit. the most frustrating part was the combo on the lock to get in the gate to get it and having a hard time getting ahold of anyone who could tell me what the combo is. I went to them because they seemed like the one local shop- turns out they were bought out by a big company in Utah.

First thing I would say about this location, is that I received excellent customer service. I've been here for a couple of years and recently needed to move from one location, to another within the facility. Both were clean, easily accessible, and I've always felt that my belonging are safe. One of the few storage places i've rent from that I have no complaints, and I've had storage rentals for years! It's also in a nice location, easy to get to.

The woman running the show here (forgive me for not naming her) is amazing. I came in during a move and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. The location is located on a busy highway which is my only criticism, slight difficulty getting in and out with a truck.. However, the customer service blew me away from what I'm used to at storage places. I would not hesitate to rent a unit from this location.

So I have a storage unit at the nw storage on division in Gresham ore, I love this storage company. They have worked with me when money was tight, they go out of their way to help, they also have a GREAT attitude... Thank to so much. I will always recommend Northwest self mini storage

I just moved to Portland from CA. I called NW Storage and was reserved a unit. The man on the phone told me they were short staffed and to call before to be sure someone was in the office. I appreciated the info and understand understaffing issues. I called the morning I was due to a drive, no answer, left a VM, called a few more times, no answer. Arrived at 4pm, no one was there. The sign on the door said "We're closed" and was dates 12/1...it was 12/20. The place looked abandoned and I would not have felt safe leaving my s... read more

Worst storage unit I have ever seen. They have "locking" mechanisms that are actually screwed in, so they can easily be unscrewed if/when anybody with a screwdriver wants to take your stuff. Which happened. We discovered all our stuff rifled through and some good stuff stolen. How did they fix this? By using the exact kind of lock screwed into wood again. Anybody storing your stuff here should be prepared to never see it again.
