Sherri the manager of this location is simply a delight! Excellent customer service and she even offered us a more convenient unit with less traffic. Sherri deserves a raise!

First off the onsite manager Sharri is one of the most abrasive employees I have ever encountered in my 30 years of law enforcement and I've seen and dealt with quite a few. Today I had a moving service scheduled to deliver my belongings from out of state to this location only to find the gate was not operating correctly. However, all security gates by law are required to have a safety mechanism and manual override which she had no clue on what to do. Was originally pleased with the price and ease of renting. Have had 2 price increases now in the year that I have rented a unit here. We started around $150 a month and have increased now to $230 a month. I am super irritated and am currently looking for another place. I do not recommend renting from here, save your money and look around!
