I am very pleased with Northwest Self Storage. I encountered some extenuating life circumstances that affected my storage account. After sharing my situation and how I will fix it, the staff worked with me to come up with a viable solution. I am grateful for the service that I have received.
I rented a unit online. It was a little confusing but I received a call from the office shortly after confirming my rental. They were very helpful in getting everything straightened out quickly. This is a great place to do business with and they provide excellent customer service. The unit was very clean and the premises are clean and well kept. Thank you so much for all of your help!!
