After renting for a year with this particular site, and I cannot stress this enough... I would like to commend Bryley on her customer service. While I don't think that two rent increases in a year constitutes good business practice, she has been an exceptionably valuable resource to me while renting from NW Storage. Keith and Janice were terrific to work with. They are super nice and professional. They provided me with complete assurance of care with my belongings and I never had to worry. The auto payments were easy and I was never "charged additional fees" or had changes in pricing. Truly a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them!

Summary: Clean, inexpensive, secure. Janis and Keith really run a quality organization here (and are friendly too). The place is clean and secure, the rental agreement makes sense, the prices are very reasonable, and they offer automatic payments - which will keep your stuff off the show "Storage Wars". It's everything you'd want in a storage unit provider, with no downside that I can see. Highly recommended.

Do not waste your money or time. Company sold rent increases have happened 3 times in 3 years.. No video survalience & little to no security. This company is GREEDY and don't pay by the 6th of each month pay an additional 30% of your monthly fee. Bottom line they don't care about good business, just pay day. As a person on a budget I don't recommend working with this company. You can find much cheaper and storage units that have cameras as well as reasonable rates & fees. WROST STORAGE PLACE EVER!!!!!Let me just start by saying not satisfy at all. I've had a storage unit here for over 4 years. The original owners AMAZING. The new one terrible. I came from South Dakota to get my storage call a month in advance then 2 weeks face a date 24 hours ahead of time to get my things. The day I get there the owner is no where to be found. Horrible! We got a unit from them last month. My husband asked how billing would work, if they send bill or what. They told us we would be emailed a bill, and we said that was fine. Well, WE NEVER GOT IT!!! and in the mix of moving, we didn't realize it until we got an email saying they had locked our unit, we no longer had access, and they are adding an additional $40.00 to our bill for a late fee! My husband tried to call and straighten things out, and the man was not very nice and said he sent it, its our fault. So I doub... read more

My husband and I have an inside unit in the complex. The site is not properly graded and during a heavy rain, water poured into the unit and ruined everything! The management was not helpful and said, "what do you want me to do about it". In the high desert, who would think you would need floor insurance? We had no recourse do to not specifically having floor insurance. This must have happened before, why wasn't the grading repaired? They had to have know that this would happen every time there is a heavy rain?
