I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED TO SAVE MONEY Con: my initial rent was $29 first month special followed by $80/month for a 10x10 one year later it is $140/month. That is a huge increase percentage wise. With this same trajectory my rent at the 2 year mark would be $210/month and at year 3 $315/month. When I called to ask why I was told supply and demand and I seriously doubt that if demand went down so would my rent. Be careful renting from here! My fiancé and I rented a small unit earlier this month to store some wedding items in. After about a week, we retuned to check on our items, and our lock had clearly been cut partially off. Once we were finally able to get a hold of someone (the next day of course), they admitted that recently two “sketchy” individuals had been seen wandering around the units and they suspect it was them. 5 star customer service! Highly recommend! MONTE provided excellent customer service and guided me completely thru the rental process, walking me to my new unit and showing me how everything worked! He made it very convenient and a very smooth process! Thank you for employing such a wonderful person! Great facility!
