Couldn’t be happier with this facility. Secure, very clean, and easy access. The property manager, Monte, is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED TO SAVE MONEY Con: my initial rent was $29 first month special followed by $80/month for a 10x10 one year later it is $140/month. That is a huge increase percentage wise. With this same trajectory my rent at the 2 year mark would be $210/month and at year 3 $315/month. When I called to ask why I was told supply and demand and I seriously doubt that if demand went down so would my rent. Essentially they are pricing people out of their space to only be filled by those who are desperate for it... read more
