I had surgery three days before this company took over. I did not receive a certified letter nor emails. The email probably went into my spam because they’re not on my list of approved companies. The text I deleted because I was sure I was being scammed. I’m in my 70s I am very cautious. As I have recovered I did some research and then I find they’re going to put a lien on my fully paid motorhome. Highly recommend. They are clean & easy to access, we felt very comfortable with the security. The staff, Lea & Pamela, are easy to work with. They handled everything quickly & efficiently. We will use NW Storage again when the need arises.

Everything is great; I’ve always received excellent service. Leah is very attentive and kind—she has been ever since she started working there. Serena also took very good care of me.

Pamela is absolutely amazing. ! She helped me find a suitable unit to transfer for my original one. She was very explanatory on what units were available and how big they were and what I could fit in them. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful with the humongous smile on her face! She definitely deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!
