Highly recommend. They are clean & easy to access, we felt very comfortable with the security. The staff, Lea & Pamela, are easy to work with. They handled everything quickly & efficiently. We will use NW Storage again when the need arises.
I never give anyone or business 5 stars. And im not good with names. But I believe Lehigh is her name. Is awesome. Very helpful! And knowledgeable!
Pamela is absolutely amazing. ! She helped me find a suitable unit to transfer for my original one. She was very explanatory on what units were available and how big they were and what I could fit in them. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful with the humongous smile on her face! She definitely deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!
Lea helped us and she was awesome! Setting up our account was so easy. I am storing a trailer and the facility looks secure and clean. I can tell Lea takes pride in her job. Thank you!
