Lea was great in helping us with our space. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. NW RV Storage is a clean, well kept facility with on-site waste disposal.
Pamela and Lea are amazing!!! Both helped me out a lot. And we’re so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their town-to- earth personalities and understanding of my situation and a solution that fit perfectly into my needs and budget. Great job!!
Pam in the office was very professional and accommodating in solving a problem with my billing and went the extra mile to solve my dissatisfaction with two rent increases in less than a year. I was ready to go somewhere else until Pam got to the bottom of the problem and found a creative solution and made me a happy customer!
Leah was great in helping us get our new storage unit. Shes very friendly and super helpful. Giving us several options to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and the units are clean and the lot is secured. We are definitely pleased with everything.
