Wonderful clean storage units with friendly and helpful staff. Pamela and Leah were extremely helpful. Quick and easy to apply online and get in the same day for your storage unit. Loved how easy this was especially for the last minute chaos I was endeavoring. Much appreciated for these services.
Highly recommend. They are clean & easy to access, we felt very comfortable with the security. The staff, Lea & Pamela, are easy to work with. They handled everything quickly & efficiently. We will use NW Storage again when the need arises.
Have had a storage unit here for over a year now, and when I had questions about my account, Leah (hope that's the right spelling!) assisted me with honesty and integrity over the situation. Clean office, clean units, would absolutely recommend to others! My go-to local storage place. I only use it for boat storage for about 6 months of the year so have to re-up each time. Their process makes it relatively painless and their employees have been unfailingly kind and helpful. This time Leah was the greatest!
The price for a 10x12 storage unit I acquired was cheaper than many 5x10 storage units I looked at around the surrounding areas. Lea at the front desk was very professional and knew all the answers I asked her. I would highly recommend people I know to stop in and acquire a storage unit if needed.
