This is the NSA Storage located at 19800 SW Cipole Rd, Tualatin, OR. Lea was very kind and helpful. I watched her take care of another customer, and she was very gracious with her. I appreciated the extra time she took to make sure the unit she had in mind for me was the best one for me. The facility is very clean and security is very good. I highly recommend the storage facility.
Leah is one of the best property managers I have talked with she’s super kind and respectful, she is very helpful with any problems I may have, she really keeps the property looking good and clean. I have had the best experience here with the self storage.
The manager Lea provides excellent customer service to the tenants. She definitely does whatever she can to assist her customers.
Pam in the office was very professional and accommodating in solving a problem with my billing and went the extra mile to solve my dissatisfaction with two rent increases in less than a year. I was ready to go somewhere else until Pam got to the bottom of the problem and found a creative solution and made me a happy customer!
Leah was great in helping us get our new storage unit. Shes very friendly and super helpful. Giving us several options to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and the units are clean and the lot is secured. We are definitely pleased with everything.
