Fantastic! 10/10 I had a unit with them a couple years ago and it didn’t go as well, really bad actually.. The new management is top notch! I’m so glad I decided to give them another try. Pretty great rates. I was not the easiest to work with truthfully, I had trouble finding the location and other things. The manager was knowledgeable and friendly and had answers to all my questions. Good facility, clean and well kept. I feel very comfortable storing my RV at Northwest Self Storage.
It’s always easy and convenient booking storage or Rv/boat parking. The offices have high turnover and often hours that vary from what’s posted on door. As someone who’s been with NW self storage for the last 7 years I can say it’s frustrating they increase every unit/spot you have, without fail every 6 months per the lease agreements.
We had a great experience at NW Storage. We were able to schedule a POD delivery to empty into our unit and the new manager was very efficient and professional.
Very personable onsite manager. Well run facility from a customer perspective. Great rate and awesome facility layout for RVs.
