If we could leave a ZERO stars we would. We originally went with NW Self Storage because of the location and seemed to be a clean and well kept facility, However after having our household stuff in storage for 2 years when we started unpacking all of our boxes had been invaded by mice, we now have mouse pee and poop on all of our Dishes, Furniture and decorative pillows.
