Ridiculous with the rent increases and unfriendly customer service when you call. The onsite staff is fine, but very limited in what they can do. It is the corporate policies that seem to drive greediness and constant raises in rent, 3 in a 1-year period. Glad I moved out to a place that was 1/3 the cost.

This company increases the rent a ridiculous amount every 3-6 months. I would not consider ever renting a unit here again. $145 a month for a tiny unit is just insane! Edited: If you try and call and email to cancel they won't answer either.
