Best pricing, quick and easy lease, had access to unit within minutes of completing lease (month to month). 10x15 unit pictured. Overall great experience and helpful customer service!
Northwest Self Storage on Bishop Road is a very professional company that was easy to contact and very informative and upfront with their policy. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. The only complaint I would have is that the 5 x 15 foot unit I rented is not truly that size. It's more like 4 1/2 x 14 feet. Other than that, this is a great company and very economical.
The property manager was extremely knowledgeable and polite, making my decision to move in quick and easy.
Well, have to update my review! Gary’s gone and apparently a new “large company” took over and it’s all about the money. My cargo trailer has been broken into twice, the last one costing me almost $600.00 to repair. It’s not there problem so tuff luck getting anywhere with them. They only provide a place to park your things security is not their responsibility. Both times they raised my rent right after. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This is a great company and I was very happy with my unit and their customer service and security. Tiffany is the best!! She goes out of her way to help you and she’s so sweet! If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I’m definitely coming back here.
