This is a nice, very new, modern, self storage facility. Plenty of security cameras. Flatbed carts are provided. If traffic is backed up on Hwy 97 it can be a challenge to get in and out. Maybe avoid peak traffic times. And fyi.they use a special cylinder style lock core for their units which you can purchase in the office. A regular padlock won't work. This place is really nice. Inside and out. Cameras in and outside the facility, very modern and easy to get into five stars there! As for their facility manager~ Avoid this facility. Dealing with Rosa has been a masterclass in poor management and a total lack of human decency. If you don't believe me, just scroll through the other 1-star reviews--the experiences are identical. Rosa, the manager gave me an immediate 24 hour eviction because my girlfriend ate a candy bar inside of my truck. I tried to explain to Rosa that she is type one diabetic and her blood sugar was dropping fast. She continued to yell at us. She's been more than rude every interaction my employees and I have had with her. I have three units and they have raised the rate $49 for each one every month and they still a treat you like dirt, also, you better hope Cheveron down the road is open. Moved in during regular business hours on a weekday but no one was in the office for the hour I was there. One elevator was broken which made the move take longer. I was unable to buy a cylinder lock, which is the only way to secure the unit, because no one was there. They told me locks from other stores would not fit the unit.
