Recommendedcustomer service is outstanding, called to get a 3rd shed while my husband was in transit to the area with a load and there was no problem, even on a Sunday. there even was a bit of a problem with a lock on the shed assigned to us and when I sent the pic to them to prove this they were able to which it 3 doors down to another shed. thanks guys you really saved us in this stages of this move.
I have been waiting for 2 full months for a refund on my storage unit. To begin with rent renting my outdoor unit, I couldn’t access it because my code for the gates wouldn’t work. There was no one on site to help and when I finally got ahold of someone, they said they’d been having trouble. I should have known at that time to just cancel and walk away.
