Decent place to store your stuff. Only gave four stars cuz lot where you park your vehicle(s) is not paved, (gravel). Prices are on par with other storage facilities. Property manager is always helpful and courteous. Been doing business with them for a long time and will continue.
Claire and Jacob have excellence customer service and made it very easy to move into a new unit. They got me much better rates compared to the other units in town, I highly recommend going to see Jacob or giving them a call and talking to Claire!
I love this storage facility the staff is awesome and easy to deal with and never had an issue at all clean units that stay dry year round and even when I made a mistake on my payment they helped me fix it no hassle. Great place
Absolutely terrible experience, had our truck camper broken into and they never called to notify us instead we had to discover it after reading a Facebook post on the dalles happenings. Once we called them to inquire, they stated they were planning on calling us the following day (three days after the incident). Lack of security and cameras and no accountability during theft incidents
I had a nice boat at Northwest storage. It was broken into several times. Never once did Northwest storage contact me to let me know there were mass breakins happening, i found out from facebook community posts. After repairing boat several times, I returned from most recent breakin 5 days later to time and homeless drug addict living in and using boat cabin as a "drug house".
