The manager is very kind and helpful! We just got into the area and needed a place to store our belongings while we search for a home. Clean facility, well-lit, and just an overall good experience so far!

His customer service skills are top notch, his service is prompt, and he is always willing to accommodate my requests with a friendly & caring attitude, and I can count on him to always returns my calls. The units here at NWSS are clean, well secured, and the grounds are kept neat & tidy. Units are bargain priced when compared to other Storage Units in our area! I recommend you give Northwest Self Storage a try, you'll be glad you did!!
Super frustrating place to store your RV. My RV has been broken into 4 times in the last 3 months My RV is slowly getting stripped while being parked there. Office manager says that is what insurance is for and to file a police report
You sign a contract in which they are to give you 30 days notice of an increase in rate, they never do. If you do not have homeowner insurance, you have to buy theirs, which has so many deductions you could have bought the items which were insured with the premiere paid. This is NOT a good company to do business with Oh yea, thanks to their most recent increase in which they provided no notice am now paying $44 more a month for it than can rent another unit of the same size FROM THEM. Super easy to rent out a unit online. The access hours are great and reasonable. I always go to this storage facility when I need to rent a unit or parking.
