They get you in with their lower rates, but be prepared before you use them. My monthly rate has doubled in a six month period. Every month it has gone up around 10 bucks. I will be getting my stuff outta here asap. Sucks when you rely on this place to be safe and secure and all they want to do is screw you.

If you are thinking about using NW Storage in The Dalles on 7th street or Hostetler St - this is a corporation and they don't give a shit about the security of it. It is impossible to get a hold of them and if you can, they will never respond. Both facilities have been broken into numerous times. They do not have enough cameras. There are no cameras facing the RV area which looks like a graveyard now. Broken glass every where. Our catalytic converter was stolen at 12:30pm.
