Can't say enough about Lane. He has great customer service and puts his tenants first. Always timely, personal, friendly and the facilities are clean, orderly, and easy to access. Right off 14th - Century Drive making it super easy for anyone on the west side. Highly recommend.
These guys put their tenants first. They call if there is a billing issue, rather than just automatically impose a late fee. One or more times my kids have left stuff (trash) outside the unit and they gladly dispose of it. They are just the best. I have been with them for almost 6 years now and they have only raised the fees once and I think it was only a small amount. 5 stars for All Star.
