Dee goes out of her way for her customers! She has wonderful customer service and is very dedicated to protecting her clients from theft. I would recommend her and her service to anyone who needs self storage needs. She has a big heart and cares. I would never go anywhere else she made my first experience for storage needs great and I will continue to rely on her she has always been there when I'm in need. I put my full trust in her.
We've been with A&A storage for 3 years, we've had nothing but good experiences with the on site Gal Shellie, she's worked with us in our hard times and always been on top of things! If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! My Brother recommended A&A storage and we have no regrets whatsoever! We highly recommend for great service and great prices!
I helped my buddy move all his stuff out last weekend as the rent had gone up twice in the last 2 months ..300$! For a 10x20 and he went in the next day to turn in his keys after he swept the unit out. Dead mice and such..yuck!. He was suposto get 2 weeks back of rent as its the 2nd week of the month. They refused to give him back the 150$ and changed the pin code on the gate! So he coukdnt put his lock back on! Technically he owns rhe unit until the last day of December. The manager of this unit is unprofessional and lies, acts very childish and will insult you then being her boyfriend in to the office to intimidate and belittle you. Don't trust your belongings in this storage facility. The manager doesn't follow the law and will auction off your unit even though you've paid every month stating you've had two units although everything e you see her for payment charges you for ine. If you wish to loose all your worldly possessions then, hell yeah, use this facility.
Kelso Washington location. The manager locked myself, my family and our Bishop inside the facility, refusing to let us out tonight. She handled herself in a very unprofessional and childish manner and seemed as though she enjoyed telling us we would be stuck inside all night as she drove off in her golf cart and went inside her home. Very disappointed in this company as we also had an issue with the same manager when we came to rent the unit a few weeks ago.
