I only gave four stars because the prices are ridiculous and I think they try to hide that. But I love Miss Victoria! Every time I speak with her she make sure she gets on any problem I may have or it's just fun talking to her she really loves her customers and really wants to take care of them and that is obvious. I have used this place twice for business storage and they are always very helpful and kind. Never a problem!
What a joke, Mary Ann, Customer Service skills Suck! I've never seen someone talk herself out of a rental faster then she did. I leased from her a few years back, I remember why I left now. She was more concerned with why I left my cell phone at home, and how she can auction off my Bike. But, I think the Storage gods had my back, I found a place and saved 30$/mth.
