This is a nice place. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the facility is very clean and secure. The prices are reasonable and... Well, what else can you really say about a storage unit? It's a good place to store your stuff.
I was a terrible tenant for over three years there but Patrick was always helpful and professional no matter what...A nice, secure place to keep your stuff for sure...I would highly recommend it to anyone...
Their complex is Infested with rats. Ruined all my bagged clothes motorcycle equipment etc and put a horrible stench on everything i had inside storage unit. Dead rats left on the floor. Rat droppings and piss no good.
Truly an awful experience. No one gave me the code to the building when I first signed up, so I couldn't access it the first whole day I was renting it. Then they locked up my (fully paid and up to date) unit with a red "overdue" lock. I went by during office hours three separate times, and not only was no one there, no one answered the phone. I had to call the corporate office to get anyone's attention and in the meantime I had to pay for an entire additional month of storage.
This is just a heads up to those looking for storage. I have been with Northwest Self storage for nearly 10 years in Tualatin Oregon. The Manager, Karen, is exceptional!! She is part of the reason I'm still there. However, the Owners have decided to raise your rental rates every 9 months, instead of every year! I don't think this is right, and I just want to fore warn people looking for new storage to be aware of this policy before you rent with any Northwest Self Storage facility anywhere.
