First off the office lady Merica is awesome and this bad review has nothing to do with her. This company is a racket! Read the fine print because they will raise your rate by 60 bucks after 3 months!!! They reserve the right to raise it as often as every 3 months. I would have never put my stuff in there if that would have been articulated at the beginning. Don't do autopay they will take the additional money without warning. It feels like a scam but apparently it's legal to overcharge people knowing how hard it is to move... read more
