We had to put ALL of our personal items in a storage unit when we sold our home and it took awhile for us to find the right home. Amiee has worked with us when needing to get our Penske trucks in and out, stressful moving but she has always been there with a smile and some water, LOL! Amiee the manager at the storage is awesome, besides being friendly so helpful. Let me tell you she keeps a eye on the place! Besides keeping it clean she does not let anything weird go on around there for sure. Tammy R
Most of the people I have dealt with (when I could get someone on the phone at all, and IF they were in the office at the time) have been good interactions. However, the price when I started using the space I had was $581/month. Not that bad for the large size unit I have., then within one year, there have been two price increases... I am now paying $740/month. Their cost on the property has stayed the same, and they pay their very few employees very little, and mostly I think they are part time. Can't get anyone on the phone and people aren't in the office during posted hours. Was given bad information by staff about the lock that you need for the door, which they don't sell at area hardware stores. Pretty poorly staffed.
