Cookie at Northwest Self Storage is very helpful and easy to deal with. She called me back promptly after I left a message. Very nice lady and very personable!
We found this facility to be newer, clean and well run! Cookie, the property manager, is the friendliest nicest person you could ever run into or deal with! She followed up with a phone call after we rented the unit from the company's online staff (whom were also very friendly and helpful!). Dealing with this company has been a 100% positive experience!
Renters beware. After a few months you'll get a 20% increase after 'routine price adjustments'. The website prices are promo prices. Initially paid $144 for my unit, now I'm paying $164 and got another 'adjustment' for $172. Go somewhere else who is upfront about their rates.
