I really wanted to like this place. Close to my house and a good price. Unfortunately I was unable to get into my unit. The gate keypads didn't work. After a long time on the phone they were unable to help me get in. Told me to call again the next day to try again. Another new customer arrived at the same time and had the same issue. While the gates don't work most of the time, the storage seems to be located in a rougher area that's under somewhat of a restoration. The main thing saving this storage business is the woman they have working as a manager. She was very professional, helpful and solved any issues I was having. She is the only reason this place is getting 5 stars.
Haven’t been able to get to my unit in months gates are broken and they keep giving me the wrong code
Prices are amazing and affordable not to mention Great friendly staff always happy to help and very understand to individual needs if clients. Had a unit here for over 3 years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else
I just recently rented a unit and appreciated the ability to quickly arrange to rent a unit online and be able to use it immediately. Met the manager when I was unloading things from the moving truck when he came out to review the locks on each of the storage units that day by coincidence. Professional and friendly service and everyone has been polite and courteous without any demeaning attitudes which is much better than how I was treated by some other local storage companies.
