Very easy to communicate with the manager. Prices are fair. The facility is convenient and easy to go in and out. The property has always been cluttered free. This is my first experience with renting a storage unit and they have been understanding when I have questions. You get a new code monthly by email. Evenyone should provide their own sturdy lock. My experiences with other storage companies have been very discouraging but Nortwesr Self Storage has been nothing but honest and very helpful and friendly. They will work with you and your storage unit is safe .I highly recommend this storage comoany.
Great storage spot if you need something simple and easy to store your stuff. The manager Tyller was a huge help and went above and beyond to insure I had everything I needed. His clear communication about the facility made it a breeze to secure a unit. Thanks Tyller!
I rented a storage unit online and was emailed a gate code. Upon arrival at the facility, I discovered the key pads only have numbers up to 5. The gate code I was given had a 6,7,8 and 9 in it. I had to make two phone calls to reach someone to get me the correct gate code. Very frustrating.
Great storage! The facilities are great but the staff sets it apart. Tyller made the whole process easy and was absolutely great. Could not recommend more.
