This was the easiest storage rental process ever! This place was one of the only facilities around that you can store cars/motorcycles. We rented a massive unit for moving and rented it for about 6 months. It was clean and the customer service was amazing! Made the move in and move out process super simple. We will 100% be back if we need another unit.
The company that bought out Northwest Self Storage, is hard to get a hold of, I choose Newberg because it had an awesome staff, but even they started to be hard to get in touch with over I durance or any other matter. I'm going to hope a review of their customer service helps the new company to be accommodating to its renters. The lady I spoke with yesterday did an amazing job at taking care of business. I give her 4 stars and the company only 2. Renter be ware.
The price increases at this place are so high and so often that it's not worth staying with them. I've been a long time loyal customer for years and instead of a price decrease they raise the rent a minimum of twice a year!! And it's a lot!!
Clean storage and lot. Nice people who work there. Not one single issue the whole year I used this storage!! Will definitely use again in the future if needed!
I had a major move which I was paying several hundreds of dollars to pay movers but there was never anyone in the office, I could have went with another storage place but this one was close to home. After paying a online call center, not ideal but I got a unit & now less than 2 months later they increased my rent!! Bad business practice in today's greedy world of property management.
