Found the storage buildings and office to be very clean and well maintained. The manager was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The call center staff was very helpful in locating my storage area and number for me since I had forgotten to write down. Thank you all for your friendly service.
Myron met me with a smile and he was a great host. I explained what I needed and he provided me with all the best info and happily showed me a few units I was interested in. Ultimately it was a great experience. Professional and friendly. He and NW storage have accommodated me easily with a few additional requests. And as an additional note, the pricing was fair. Moved in 1/19/24 at $117/month. Rent was increased several times (to $174, $209, and as of 10/25 up to $240) with little notice or explanation, Poor communication and unexpected cost hikes. Random inconsistent hours that an employee would be there, if any questions with rent raises etc. Any time I tried or had to call them I had to go through multiple people to get to actual location. I went today to get a new unit in the middle of a stressful move, and this guy was amazing. Myron was rest for a weary soul, had me laughing and excited to be moving in there. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Something that I thought would be stressful became the highlight of my day. The world needs more people like Mr. Myron. Thanks 😊
Super clean facility ! Very friendly and helpful manager. I would highly recommend renting here. We shopped around and decided to go with nw self storage. They had the best price , security , cleanest in town and great service. Thanks Nick !
