I reserved a unit yesterday. It was very quick and effortless. The property manager called me the same day to see if I had any questions. I appreciate that 💯. Today I took a look at the unit and again the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me around the storage facility. He also made sure I could properly use the gate and key pad for entering the property. I would definitely consider NW storage in the future if needed. 10/10 experience so far. I went today to get a new unit in the middle of a stressful move, and this guy was amazing. Myron was rest for a weary soul, had me laughing and excited to be moving in there. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Something that I thought would be stressful became the highlight of my day. The world needs more people like Mr. Myron. Thanks 😊

Nice & straightforward facilities. The property manager Myron was very kind and helpful! Good price for the size of the units, some other places in the area were wayyy overpriced.

Front Desk great customer service. She was amazing while I was there. On move out day, I noticed there were some spiders and ants, but I did have a unit near the outside of the building. I didn't get a chance to tell them about that except in my exit survey. When I was done with staying there, I had a little bit of difficulty obtaining a refund for a pending charge for next month's rent. Overall, the place is alright.
