Myron met me with a smile and he was a great host. I explained what I needed and he provided me with all the best info and happily showed me a few units I was interested in. Ultimately it was a great experience. Professional and friendly. He and NW storage have accommodated me easily with a few additional requests. And as an additional note, the pricing was fair. Nice & straightforward facilities. The property manager Myron was very kind and helpful! Good price for the size of the units, some other places in the area were wayyy overpriced.
I reserved a unit yesterday. It was very quick and effortless. The property manager called me the same day to see if I had any questions. I appreciate that 💯. Today I took a look at the unit and again the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me around the storage facility. He also made sure I could properly use the gate and key pad for entering the property. I would definitely consider NW storage in the future if needed. 10/10 experience so far. I went today to get a new unit in the middle of a stressful move, and this guy was amazing. Myron was rest for a weary soul, had me laughing and excited to be moving in there. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Something that I thought would be stressful became the highlight of my day. The world needs more people like Mr. Myron. Thanks 😊
