I reserved a unit yesterday. It was very quick and effortless. The property manager called me the same day to see if I had any questions. I appreciate that 💯. Today I took a look at the unit and again the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me around the storage facility. He also made sure I could properly use the gate and key pad for entering the property. I would definitely consider NW storage in the future if needed. 10/10 experience so far. Front Desk great customer service. She was amazing while I was there. On move out day, I noticed there were some spiders and ants, but I did have a unit near the outside of the building. I didn't get a chance to tell them about that except in my exit survey. When I was done with staying there, I had a little bit of difficulty obtaining a refund for a pending charge for next month's rent. Overall, the place is alright. Once the new owners took ownership I was getting rental increases approximately every quarter. Until a 12x30 was $508 per month. I felt like I was being ripped off and gouged! I do not recommend for being any kind of long term. I found several places much less elsewhere. And there are blackberries growing up the back wall into the unit itself.
Awesome experience. Jared is very knowledgeable about the units and grounds and helped us find what we needed. Very accommodating.
When I arrived on a Tuesday at 10 am they were closed with no explanation. The phone number painted on the door for assistance was a wrong number. The number on the paper announcement of closure was correct. I am giving 4 stars and not 1 star becasue the person on the phone walked me through a rental and was correct about everything. It all worked and I was able to get a space. I needed some supplies but the again the store was closed so I got those elsewhere...
