I have been renting a unit on and off at this location for many years. Belinda is one of the most amazing people I've ever met, she is professional, kind and extremely helpful. I enjoy going in the office and chatting with her when I stop by my unit or to pay my bill. The place is clean, very well maintained, many different options of size of units available.

I would highly recommend this storage facility. It was an easy process to rent the unit and also to move in to it. Seems to be quite secure and worry free
I'm writing this review ( never ever have done this before) I liked NW Self Storage, I have been with them for over 10 years...... but this year they raised the rent on my 5x10 unit almost double ... I'm on a fixed budget and can not afford the additional cost.... so after all these years I'm moving out, they tried to help to lower it, but it was not enough so I moved to a brand new facility for 1/2 the cost...just saying....
It’s now been 4 months since this company stole a months rent 159.00 with auto pay after I moved out. I have contacted the BBB hoping they will be held accountable for stealing from me. They have promised the check was in the mail for 4 months. It hasn’t arrived yet. A TERRIBLE place to do your business. Very sad.
