Spoke with Josh to sign up for my storage unit. He was super professional and super nice. They help me move my date to a date that was easy for me to pay on and he assisted me with all of the necessary stuff that I needed to know about the storage unit, we were there for three months and it was the most convenient wonderful place to store stuff at secure, clean all the stuff that you would want to see at a storage unit. Great place with great people working in the office! A feeling of security while I’m there by myself as a woman-I like that you have to enter your code to use the elevator and can only access the floor your storage unit is located on!!
The application process was easy. On my first day, I went in to the office and everyone was very supportive. Great communications through the process. I was given a guided tour of the facilities which helped immensely. I have been moving items in over the last several weeks. The carts that they have are a lifesaver and the elevators are easy to operate. The place feels very secure. This is my 3rd storage rental in Oregon and the experience here has been the best by far.
