The staff are incredible. They have made my experience with them very pleasant and have assisted me with creating changes to my account with grace and a smile. They are personable and their focus on quality customer service is evident through their actions and interactions. Honestly, i can't say enough about this place, they are AMAZING and i will continue to gladly give them my business and recommend them to anyone in need of renting a storage unit.
When I moved into the storage unit, the it was $79 for a 10 x 10 unit. I moved there because it's literally two blocks over from my house. Started out good and then two months into it. Get a notice of a rent increase. OK I expect a rent increase once or twice a year and then it becomes every two or three months getting rent increases. I started out at $79 and they moved everything out yesterday within notice last month that the rent increase was going up to almost $200. Management was never really there. The storage is clean and safe, very good heart manager ANNA. Very professional and considerate to client. It’s a unicorn to find a person who will give you the best service ever. Recommended to everyone.
The manager Anna is very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I've went to other storage facilities and came across somewhat stern personnel and matter of fact type, but I found out this facility and their management were very friendly made it easy to store my valuables there and I would recommend them greatly!
