This location has had its problems. I say it has because a new regime took over the first of last week. Gone is the disinterested manager who was never in the office and in his place is a beautiful, knowledgeable, happy,.. and helpful soul. I believe her name is Lynn. She really turned my belief that this company didn't care, into living proof that it does. I like the building with its undercover way in and off the street. I am really uncertain how this location has a high star rating on it. There is no way those reviews can be legit. We have been customers of this storage facility for almost 2 years now and nothing about the experience has ever seemed to go smoothly. I will only give two reasons right now . The facility is one t you have to enter a code to drive into the building (I am aware storages require codes to for access that's not the problem) you enter from one side of the building through a door and then are supposed to exit by... read more
