Use them for commercial refinances. They are efficient and experienced. Don’t need to remind them of minced between commercial and residential closing and timing as I often do with other title companies. Money arrives quickly and electronic documents the next day. As the final stop on sometimes long roads to closing, they give me confidence that I have reached the finish.
They are very efficient getting everybody in synchronization with papers, signatures and closing the deal as well as paying all partial owners in a tenants in common multi property group sale

Very slow getting started, requested information that was included in the original paperwork in response to my e-mail 1 week after receiving original paperwork. It is a week after I delivered the final paperwork and the agent I worked with will not return e-mails to let me know the status of the filing. I would not recommend Northwest Title and will not use them again.
