This past 8-5-2024 Monday after my early morning appointment. I saw Jeffery our maintenance man and I asked if he was going to unstop my tub?. It had only been over a week or so since I've asked. Then about 15-20min later he knocked on the door with two white bottles in his hands one was clorox and the other Draino. I have COPD and on oxygen He poured both into my tub draining said in 15min run water. It was smelling really strong, it was going throughout my apt I couldn't breath even with my oxygen. I have had black mold for a year now! There was yet another water leak and they tore up my floor and they still have not laid new flooring. This place is a nightmare since Winterwood bought it! It took them 6 months to remove the walls with black mold from my closet and another 3 months to put new walls in. They still have not removed the bathroom vanity or the walls in the bathroom that have black mold on them!
Not worth of moving into now... But it sure used to be a great place it's a -100 stars
I absolutely love living here!! Quite, clean and love my neighbors. Management is great, I had an issue with my closet, called to let her know maintenance was here within the hour. I honestly couldn't be happier.
Have spent 4 hours trying to dry clothes had to take my clothes to the other laundry room and the dryers still wont work. This is ridiculous why do you even have laundry rooms if you don't even have washers or dryers that work we are just feeding our money that we dont have into something that doesn't even work
