I'm beyond glad this appointment didn't even get to the office and ended before it started. Very rude receptionist staff (Wallingford). I had two appointments scheduled for new patient teeth cleaning. They canceled both times and was annoyed with rescheduling. Never again. North Haven location was semi pleasant over the phone and about the only positive experience.
Do Not go , went for a cleaning , the doctor told me I needed a cavity fixed , so I listed , few month later have to get a root canal for the same tooth just because she didn’t clear out the cavity correctly. So unprofessional, worst experience ever .
They discriminate if you have Huskey insurance making their process very difficult. I will file a complaint. Stephney hung up on me in the middle of the conversation and Sue said we don't need you our patient. very unprofessional and rude. Stay away!
I’m very saddened to be writing this because I have been going here for 5+ years but since switching dentists I have come to find out that a lot of the work done with my teeth here has been done incorrectly and I am now needing work for problems that should’ve been already fixed. Front desk has always treated me well and kindly which is my reasoning for the two stars but if it it was up to the work, blame, and miscommunication I received from the dentist herself it would be one star.
This place is a joke. They rip teeth out for no reason... They started to pull my tooth couldn't finish the job left me with the root. Then told me to make another appointment in 2weeks and dental surgeon would take the root out. We'll lies happened I came back no surgeon on site. No confidence that they can take out entire root leaving me with a hole and gum pain from scalpel during 1st attempt of extraction. Then told me I have to find surgeon who takes my insurance to finish the job. No help given. Rude staff... I spoke h... read more
