I have been with Nuleaf since it started. I worked with Alexander and he was wonderful. Helped me on my journey. I left for a year after getting the help i needed and came back to find that Alexander is doing well and Nuleaf has bloomed. I was a bit saddened to learn that Alexander won’t be seeing any more patients personally. But I found a new care provider, Amy, and she was very fantastic. Really made me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Looking forward to working with her.
Seeing Dr. Amy has been such a positive experience for me. She’s incredibly professional, kind and patient. She listens carefully to my problems and helps me know my conditions from a clearer perspective. She also teaches me practical ways to manage stress and handle emotions better. I always feel safe and understood when I talk to her. I can really feel that she cares about my well-being. I’m truly grateful for her help.
I had an excellent experience with Nu Leaf. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring, which made me feel supported throughout the process. The paperwork and initial appointment was smooth and easy to complete, with no unnecessary stress or complications. What stood out the most was the excellent communication. I was kept informed every step of the way with the technology that they use. I highly recommend this team.
The team and staff are very attentive. The patient portal is so useful , you get very quick and effective responses. Julian is great to work with. We tried diffrent routes with medications along with life style changes . I felt herd and that I was speaking with someone who really cares . Truly lucky to have found Nu leaf .
I was referred to New Leaf by my insurance provider and scheduled an appointment with Vanessa Diaz. During scheduling, I confirmed that my visit would be covered by insurance, and they confirmed that they accepted it. The next morning, the office called to remind me to complete their online questionnaire, which I had already done in full. However, the system would not allow me to proceed past a section requesting credit card information.
