Renee was helpful and knowledgeable about the proper fit of my new wheelchair. I didn't give her 5 stars because when I initially contacted her regarding my desire for a new chair, she didn't tell me about the wheelchair clinic at ECMC hospital, and she works with them. I got a new cushion, which was uncomfortable and a new backrest, which was uncomfortable, before I learned about the clinic. Renee met me there, and I eventually got a great chair.
