Justin called at 9:15am said that his appt went over an hour. He was to arrive at my home by 10:30am. To be on time He would have had to have left by 8:30am. When he arrived he pushed things on my table that is leather out of his way and said I am going to set up on your table. They get back to you pretty fast and get what you need for your chair. Customer service is good. I haven’t had any problems with them so far since I’ve moved here.
