The technicians were great. Easy in and out. The terrible part was not getting the correct parts due to the online technician and the receptionist. We don’t even get to see what parts are ordered so that we can verify they are correct. Now we’ll have to wait another 3 months for new parts that would have the seating system throughly messed up had we not been able to weld and fix the part ourselves.
