We are so grateful to have found Nurse Next Door Oakville which we relied on for so much these past 8 months or more. Our elderly parent needed help with attending medical appointments and treatments, which we couldn't attend, and they assisted with all aspects and helped alleviate our parent's anxiety (and our stress/anxiety) and enabled her to make these appointments. We had Mirtel from Nurse next door last night for a wound care. We couldn't have been more satisfied . She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She has done a fabulous job on my husband's ear wound as result of biopsy. Mirtel made the ear look like from a nightmare to as if nothing happened in one treatment. Thank you to all at Nurse next door from the time they took our call and handled everything in a very timely professional manner. from their on in one day. We are very grateful.

I had a fantastic experience using Nurse Next Door’s transportation service. Yasmine, the admin coordinator, was incredibly organized, efficient, and kind—she made booking the service easy and stress-free. After my surgery, I needed the assistance of a nurse 24/7 in my home. The hospital gave me a provider list and Nurse Next Door sounded spot on to my needs. When you have a long list of providers, how do you choose who to call. The company name was so inviting and then when I made the call, the Manager was so attentive to my needs and promptly arranged an assessment. What incredible service! I called Nurse Next Door for my mother who is starting to need assistance at home. Alex was able to come the next day to assess my mother. Alex was very patient and so kind. By the end of the day she had sent us a very detailed report of the issues she noticed as well as recommended courses of action. Great service!
