Update: Moving out I still owe them 600 something plus my deposit for carpet “distruction”. Ive added my images below. Just want to warn anyone with moving in! I was warned from neighbors that have left that they add extra charges when moving out. And I was also charged. Being a resident in this apartment complex for two years. Outstanding customer service. I have never been more impressed by the positive attitude and I have always felt that I was never intruding. They make you feel very comfortable when you stop in. My two year old grandson always wants to stop by the office when we are on our afternoon walk. They are always happy to see him, he likes everyone in the office and they all make him feel special, he’s not a bother to the office. This is by far one of the greatest communities I’ve lived in and that’s why this has been such a hard decision to move. Because I’m getting married in a month, The decision hasn’t been on my own. This was my first community in North Carolina and will always hold some of my fondest memories. I will always recommend you to anyone looking for a great place to live! I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. I love living here. Chris and the leasing office staff are wonderful as well as the maintenance staff. They make you feel like family not just a resident. When something goes wrong in my apartment it is always fixed and a follow up is done to make sure it's fixed right. And all the apartments are sprayed every month by the pest control company. If anyone is looking for an apartment please go talk to the leasing office. Highly recommend!
Oak City apartments has been my best living experience in over 13 + in the Wake County area. I HIGHLY suggest trying this place out. The Management team to the tenants are amazing. Cheyenne, CHRIS, and Josh are an amazing team.
