just called to get some information about the waitlist and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and short. I’m glad they treated me this way because they don’t have to worry about me trying to be a tenant
My Aunt has lived in these apartments for 14yrs, the current office manger is extremely rude, unprofessional, and harrases the elderly tenants, while showing favoritism towards others. While other tenants we're told to removed the vehicles that weren't running or tagged out of the lot, one tenant is allowed to have a vehicle storage unit parked out back, not running , not tagged, and still sitting there. I moved in August 2022, and let me say this is THE worst place I have ever lived. Management is HORRIBLE. I was a survivor of domes violence and she tried to evict me on multiple occasions because of it. I had filled out VAWA paperwork regarding the abuse and she still tried her hardest to get me evicted. After contacting lawyers and MiamiValley Fair housing she was required to move me into a different unit which never happened. Im not homeless with 2 children because of this lady! Don't waste your time, I'd give 0 stars ! unless the manager is gone then maybe but you won't live in peace she will harass you until you leave.
Maintenance has gotten better the guy is real nice and works quickly. The landlady doesnt allow him to order parts he needs for stuff from what weve heard from the residents near van buren. She is also very mean from what we have heard. There have been tons of complaints. My aunt lived there for years and she said this is the worst its ever been management wise.
