This is a nice place to live and you do not have to wait a week or two maintenance to fix any issues. I have noticed how quite it is here also

Some of the best highlights is the pool and gym. Apartment being all electric is a plus.

My daughter applied there and was denied since she only makes 2 times the rent. I was going to co-sign for her and was told I can’t since I don’t make 6 times the rent. That would be over $7000 monthly! Gina, during this whole process, has been rude and not helpful when questions have been asked. She doesn’t return calls and couldn’t answer my basic questions.
