The staff here is incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially considering I’m new to the area. They made it feel like home right away. It’s also a very dog-friendly place, which makes it even more special to live here since I have a furry best friend. This has been my 2nd year as a resident of Oasis. I am a student at KGI and if I didn’t already have plans to move back to OC for my rotations, I would be staying in Oasis permanently. The staff are truly the best, friendly as can be, beyond helpful, and truly will assist with anything. The amenities are amazing with a stellar jacuzzi, gym, and bbq at the pool. I was a tenant living in a studio for a bit more than 2 years. The Oasis team was always super friendly, helpful, and were prompt in their messages. The amenities (such as the communal spaces and gym) well taken care of and updated with regularity. Thank you Oasis leasing office for being so accommodating during my stay.
I lived in Oasis for a full calendar year as a graduate student and had a great experience. Would highly recommend. The rooms are spacious, it's easy to rent furniture with CORT, and the pool is wonderful!
I’ve had a great experience at my new apartment! The management and staff have been exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. They promptly handled all my requests, including replacing my rug with the help of Kenny and Karl, who were both fantastic. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the team truly values their residents. Highly recommended!
