I was a tenant living in a studio for a bit more than 2 years. The Oasis team was always super friendly, helpful, and were prompt in their messages. The amenities (such as the communal spaces and gym) well taken care of and updated with regularity. Thank you Oasis leasing office for being so accommodating during my stay.
I’ve had a great experience at my new apartment! The management and staff have been exceptional—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. They promptly handled all my requests, including replacing my rug with the help of Kenny and Karl, who were both fantastic. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where the team truly values their residents. Highly recommended!
I stayed in Oasis for two years and I was very happy with my stay (I miss it!). I stayed in a 2B2B, and the bathroom is spacious. The leasing team is very friendly, and usually quick with their responses. I did have trouble with the closet doors coming off the rails but the maintenance team would come fix it within 48 hours of my maintenance requests. Recently everyone’s stressing the importance of rating student housing so people actually know what they’re getting into, so I’m squeezing this in before I call it a night. I lived there from 2019 to 2020 with my ex (she was the student tho and not me), and honestly, it was a pretty nice place to live. They were super chill about letting partners, pets, and even families move in, which was a huge plus becasue we had two cats. It felt less like a dorm and more like a normal condominium. i’m changing my initial review. kenny in the leasing office is great and if you are a mspa student it’s very convenient. as for the units myself and my classmates have had so many different maintenance issues within the first month of move in. also i’ve been here 3 months and there have been multiple instances of wifi outages for many days ar a time despite this being housing marketed to students. we are expected to speak directly and individually with the internet company to resolve outage issues despite it affecting the en... read more
