The staff at this facility are top notch. It’s a shame that sometimes after months of progress, a therapist finishes their intern and moves out. That’s a small difficulty, and kind of part of social work nowadays. The place is great, the staff are all very professional and the management is excellent. The facility is quite clean. I have only had good experiences here.
I do not suggest coming to this outpatient place. The therapists are okay, but when I came for my evaluation a few months ago. I told them what mental health issues I was dealing with and they literally send me too the Oasis mental hospital for 2 weeks and was the worst experience ever. And the place will just make your mental health even worse instead of trying to help you. And I was literally in there for 3 months when literally I needed group therapy for 3 hours. And even my mom couldn't get me out of there when she sign... read more
This facility really helped when I was struggling with my mental health. The flexibility with scheduling and therapists was great, I was able to find someone/a group that I meshed well with, which was one of my worries. I really appreciate all that this place has done for me, it's made such a positive impact on me and my quality of life.
So I graduated from this group location almost two weeks ago and I have never been more thankful for a place until I went here. The two main therapists I saw were Aleks and Andrea and they did such a good job of connecting with the kids as well as providing advice. They made me feel safe and that I can talk to them about anything. When I was in my lows they pushed me to keep talking bc when I'm in my lows I begin to get more quiet. This outpatient office is the best and I'm a testimony to that. I started coming to group iop last year and I was very hesitant about iop bc of my own trauma. I walk in and feel welcome and the staff go above and beyond to help you!! I will suggest this place to anyone who needs an iop! They also have a woman's iop!! When you walk in you will meet an amazing person named Jen who handles all the phone calls and office work.
