Oasis Custom pools, this guy is the worst ! he has so many run ins with the Contractors state license board. he has been fined a few times. he can make a nice looking pool but the function of the pool is a disaster. Humberto Garcia (License # 904273) will give you something that looks like a pool but will fall apart on you from day 1.
