We had been with Oasis for over 15 years. This place is now owned by the 123Dentist giant and their service has gone down big time over the last few years. Frequent staff changes and pressure tactics. I had the most awful experience at Oasis with an unqualified dentist who should stay in her lane and never touch dentures! I was injured in the chair on multiple occasions, due to complete incompetence of both the dentist and technician. Had an issue with one of the dentists (dr. Kohli) there being insensitive and arrogant. Revisited requesting dr. Chow. Dr. Chow is absolutely wonderful, kind and informative. She's gentle and her assistant was lovely. 4 stars simply because my first trip was a poor experience but I am absolutely thankful for Dr. Chows 5 star care.
Dr. Kohli is amazing! I’ve only met her twice but, I’m really glad I got her after my regular dentist retired. She was very fast but gentle extracting my tooth. Her assistant was pretty amazing too! They both made me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you both❤️
I recently switched to Oasis on Edward St. Prior to that, I was going to my former dentist for 25+ years but he retired. I was so nervous/anxious about finding a new dentist but I am so happy I went with Oasis. Not sure if I can post names here, but my hygienist is such a wonderful person. She kept me at ease, explained everything she was doing and was very thorough. I just had a filling done yesterday and I was very very nervous for this. I asked for price list since it was my first time there to know what I am about to sign for. I sat there for more than 2 hours waiting for her to get it. I reminded her on several occasions. She was fast in giving me appointment to see a Doc but couldn’t show me the price list. Customer service is 0.
