OBX Roof Monkeys (Jose Garcia) are wonderful to work with. They put my standing seam aluminum roof on in 2020 and when I decided to put siding and new gutters on my house in 2025, I only made one phone call because I knew the quality of their work and their professionalism. The new fortified roof installation by Roof Monkeys was top notch. The crew arrived on time and was able to complete the install within 1 day. They used a dumpster to collect all the old roofing material which made the post-installation clean-up a breeze. The crew was professional and efficient. And while I gave them 5 stars, communication is an area for improvement. Updated review. After the issues with Roof Monkeys, Jose contacted me and explained the issues. We set a new date and time and his TEAM was on time, professional, and courteous. I will use this comp at for ALL needed repairs if or when they pop up.
Roof Monkeys was a pleasure to work with. All our questions and concerns were answered promptly, and the installation was accomplished when promised. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Highly recommend!
The crew from Roof Monkeys was very professional. The roof installation was high quality with no issues and final cleanup was awesome. All of the communication was excellent and easy, from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
