I chose Roof Monkeys because they included all the details of what was covered in their estimate. They included the better quality roofing materials and charge less for extras (like plywood replacement). I felt that they were treating the customer better than others. They offered better payment arrangements which also helped a lot. I would recommend Roof Monkeys for your roofing replacement. They are replacing our gutters next, can’t wait.
OBX Roof Monkeys installed our fortified roof in Corolla Outer Banks, including new fascia and soffits—excellent workmanship. Jose and crew were professional and easy to work with. The roof meets the IBHS FORTIFIED Roof standard to help with hurricane resistance. Smooth process, quality install, and spotless cleanup. Highly recommend.

They put my standing seam aluminum roof on in 2020 and when I decided to put siding and new gutters on my house in 2025, I only made one phone call because I knew the quality of their work and their professionalism. We picked OBX Roof Monkeys to work with our HOA to replace our entire communities roofs, 38 total. They came in with a great price, provided quality work in a timely manner, and cleaned up after each day. They had excellent communication, customer service, and any issues that came up during installation was handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.
My roof was 26 years old and needed replacement. I contracted with RoofMonkeys to replace it in early and they scheduled me for their earliest date in June.
