If I could give more stars I would. OBP helped me build my very first pool so my anxiety was high. I spoke with eight different builders and Ocean Blue Pools stood out far above the rest. From the beginning with excellent design and planning help and all the way through the building process they have been so helpful and communicative. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The design I planned was executed perfectly and the results were beautiful. Thank you so much OBP!! You all are amazing.
We are so happy with our pool. My main concern after the build was the warranty work; it’s why we scratched another builder off our list. Rest assured, this company follows up and actually found things on their own to repair (cosmetic) without me mentioning it. Well after the pool is paid for- they are quick to respond and follow up. We are happy with this investment and process. I will say it’s hard to look at your yard a mess during the build, but trust the process! Worth it.
They did an amazing job with the pool / gazebo construction. It's been 3 years and they've addressed small things along the way but we just had the controller go out 1 week before warranty. Hayward sent a rep and fixed everything quickly and found it to be within warranty. The speed and helpfulness on all sides has been great!
From Barbara’s quick response to the sales call, to Baron’s attention to detail in the pool design, to the awesome team of Lisa, Diane and Ivan - Ocean Blue did not disappoint! I am so thankful we chose a local, family owned business where we were treated more like a friend than a customer. Our pool has been complete for a few months now and they still respond as if we are in the building phase. No regrets, would choose Ocean Blue all over again!
We interviewed a handful of people when looking to build a pool. We met with Mike and right off the bat, I had a good vibe from him. We ultimately decided on another builder because he of course had all these wonderful “promises” and beat everyone’s price. Mike simple asked who we decided to go with and as a concerned person (not a sales guy losing a job) professionally informed us the other builder was a scam (long story short).
