RecommendedGreat experience and nice and clean!
Business response:
Hi James Bell, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
RecommendedOcean Storage is a great place to store your stuff. I moved there in 2023 and put my household goods in there and ended up leaving them in there until just recently. The rates are good and felt secure that my stuff was in good hands. I was able to come and go as I needed to put in or remove items with a unique security code known only to me. Would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone needing storage.
Business response:
Thank you so much for this wonderful review!
RecommendedIt was so easy to rent online, and each contact with the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Melanie Marquita, thank you so much for the positive review!
RecommendedVery clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and kind and there’s plenty of parking. The 24 hour access is very convenient. Only change I’d possibly make is adding a dumpster for costumers.

Hi Art Martin, thank you so much for your positive comments about Ocean Storage!
RecommendedFriendly and courteous staff, nice clean facility with easy access. Having carts available to transport items near the door was real handy. Doors with easy wide access next to the elevators was a nice perk also. Very reasonable terms and rates compared to other storage facilities

RecommendedI really like the online reservation process and the fact that they actually followed up with a phone call and an email afterwards. When I went to the office to view the unit and get my lock, Andrea was so nice and answered all my questions I will definitely recommend this Ocean Storage location.
