Ashley was very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Her customer service skills were outstanding. Pleasant attitude & patient. Made sure I knew what I needed before I left the building. I referred a family member to the Yorktown location. Mrs. Ashley is the sweetest and very professional. She remembered me from when I was here before (4 yrs ago!). The units are clean, priced well and convenient. I would, and do, recommend this location.
I would highly recommend Ocean Storage. From the time I walked in the front door the place was immaculate, from the office space to the actual storage unit. Ashley Davis was so knowledgeable, professional and super helpful, she is the type of employee you would absolutely want to be the face of your business.
Absolutely a seamless process of reserving a small storage unit. The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and cheerful. Sioux and Ashley helped me get all of the electronic paperwork done.
