The new slumlord will try her best to get you in then back out just to make as much cash as possible. Supposed to be assistance to the people in need, with no convicted felons allowed, but have multiple living on the premises. Bugs ungodly. Had to spend $250 of my own to keep bugs to a minimum.
If I could I would give no stars. Right before we moved the roaches had gotten worse and bedbugs showed up in every room. Told the landlord and she didn’t do anything and the maintenance man didn’t fix anything. The refrigerator went out, the bathroom door broke because the hinges were rotten, and leaks around windows with mold growing. I would never recommend this place to live. It’s horrible!!!
No stars if I could. Besides bed bugs and roaches everyone there is drama and blames the nice people who stay to themselves on everything that happens over there. The management will give a bad review when you move out for you can’t get another government apartment. DO NOT GO TO OCOEE VILLAGE!!
If you want to be ate alive by bed bugs and have your kids get sick from roaches this is the place for you! Dont forget the fights and murders that happen cant go out after dark without being scared for your life or getting questioned buy cops!
I lived here back in 1990 when I was going to college.i was a single mother .the manager back then was Margie Woody and she was very strict.you were allowed no visitors and she was always on watch for what she'd call "the boyfriend's".She was constantly looking looking out her windows to see what was going on and always noising in your business.The only people she liked were the few older people that didn't have kids that lived there.This place is not somewhere to live long term.it is in a bad part of town.
