I've been going here for almost 2 years and I love it! I use the app for rewards. I've won an annual express pass (skip the line). They also give out rewards and prizes. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. When Nicole is screening I know the line will move fast, if there is a line! And when Jada sticks me, I don't even feel it which is very rare.
Clean and inviting location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. New donor bonus is not quite as high as some other places but I'm glad I chose them for my first plasma experience. Nicole did a great job making me feel welcome.
I've been coming here for about 2 years now and the service has been amazing. All the workers here treat everyone so well and I always feel confident and comfortable walking through the doors. It is definitely worth it.
Wonderful experience every time. Staff is kind and explain everything to you. They know how to get the job done and done right, all I got to do is lay there, relax, and watch TV.
The person who did the exam on me name is Nicole. Very sweet down to earth person and funny. She always makes me and my partner feel welcomed and comfortable everytime we donate. Love this place ! :) P.S the best with the finger pricking. Leaves no pain or scarring.
